Have your say

At The Barossa Council we are building an organisation that values our customers and provides the right people, process and systems to deliver quality customer service.

We have reviewed our existing Request for Service and Complaints Policies and amalgamated them into a draft Customer Service Policy, which is now released for community consultation.

People can give feedback in a variety of ways, including at the following drop-in sessions:

Lyndoch Library Council Office, Wednesday 13 March, 9am – 5pm

Mount Pleasant Library Council Office, Thursday 14March, 9am – 5pm

The Co-op Shopping Centre Mall, Friday 15 March 2019, 1pm – 4pm.

Comments can also be made online on this platform; in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 867, Nuriootpa; or by email to

Information regarding the draft Policy is available from Joanne Thomas on 8563 8444.

We are consulting on the draft Customer Service Policy from 20 February until 25 March, 2019.

See below to view the draft Policy and our Customer Service Charter, or provide feedback electronically in the form provided. Please note we are seeking feedback on the Policy only.
